Do I need to know how to code?
No. You add your products, set your prices and share your link. There's no developer to hire and no website to build.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan costs ₦0 and needs no card, so you can set up your store and see how it works before paying for anything.
How much does Zeddhub cost?
Free is ₦0. Growth is ₦5,000 a month and Pro is ₦15,000 a month. Pay yearly and you get one month free. You can change plans any time.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
On the Free plan, your first 20 Paystack transactions each month are free, then a 1.5% fee applies (never more than ₦1,000 on a single sale). Growth and Pro have 0% platform fee. The fee never applies to bank transfer, pay on delivery or WhatsApp orders.
How will my customers pay?
You choose. Turn on online payment (cards and transfers through Paystack), bank transfer, pay on delivery, or let customers send their order to you on WhatsApp. Nothing is forced on.
How will I receive my money?
When you set up your store, you add the bank account you want to be paid into. Every online payment is settled to that account, and a day's sales arrive the next working day. You choose the account, and you can change it later.
Does Zeddhub hold my money?
No. Each store is owned and run by its merchant, and Zeddhub doesn't hold your funds.
Can customers still order on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp checkout is built in. The customer picks their items on your store, and their order opens in WhatsApp as a ready-made message to you.
How does delivery work?
You set the areas you deliver to and what you charge for each, and you can offer pickup too. Zeddhub doesn't assign couriers, so you keep using the riders you already trust.
Can I use it for walk-in customers too?
Yes. The dashboard includes a point-of-sale screen for in-person sales, so your online and shop orders are tracked in one place. It's included on every plan.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet — every store currently lives at its own address, like yourstore.zeddhub.com.
What happens if I stop paying for a paid plan?
You get a 7-day grace period, then your store drops back to the Free plan's limits. It is never suspended or taken offline.
